Esabel is a dedicated technical services specialist with over a decade of experience in providing regulatory and strategic support within the Wealth Management industry. She leverages in-depth knowledge to help advisers navigate regulatory complexities and strives to identify opportunities that enhance outcomes for clients.

Esabel's areas of expertise include pre and post-retirement planning, superannuation, social security and aged care. She was most recently Technical Services manager at Australian Unity. Having spent time as part of a technical services team within a licensee gives Esabel unique insight into the priorities of financial advisers and paraplanners alongside business areas including Compliance and Advice Assurance. She provided detailed analysis of legislative and regulatory change, delivery of masterclasses and accreditation programs to enhance adviser capability. She has a Bachelor of Social Science and Policy (University of New South Wales) and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (Kaplan).
