For customers, Zurich recognises the importance of delivering value right across the customer journey and has also made a raft of enhancements to its Wealth Protection, Active and Sumo products as well as its SmartValue discount to ensure they're getting the most out of their cover all year round - not just at claim time.
At the same time, the newly launched Zurich customer portal enables them to stay on top of their insurance, superannuation and investment needs and track applications in real-time, alleviating the stress often associated with insurance claims.
Building on this, Zurich will soon launch its health and wellbeing portal, Zurich LiveWell. Offering exclusive content and discounts, Zurich is improving the health and wellness of its customers to ensure they're living their best possible lives.
