Todd is the CEO of Asia Pacific for LaSalle Investment Management (Securities) and his primary responsibilities include oversight of the Asia Pacific Securities operation, global product management and strategy. He is an award-winning author on real estate cycles and has also published on the topics of portfolio diversification and global real estate markets and investing.
Over the past three and one-half years, Todd has been responsible for launching 14 global property funds and growing the global property securities program from $100 million to its current size of $5.5 billion. Todd s previous responsibilities at the Firm include research coverage, security analysis and investment recommendations for all hotel and multifamily investments. Prior to his role as Securities Analyst, Todd was a Senior Research Associate in our Chicago, IL headquarters. In this role, he provided research and analysis on hotel and office markets. He joined the firm in 1995.
Todd received his B.A. from Ohio Northern University and his M.B.A. with honors from Cleveland State University. He is an active member of the American Real Estate Society (ARES), a Homer Hoyt Fellow and has served as an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University where he taught courses on real estate finance and real estate capital markets.
