Sally joined ipac in October 2001 and has driven ipac's growth from its Sydney base into new markets such as Melbourne and Brisbane. Building businesses that truly care for clients and have a commitment to service are hallmarks of Sally's career.

Before joining ipac, Sally's was General Manager of Financial Planning at State Super Financial Services. She held this role from 1995 to 2001. Prior to joining State Super, Sally was a director and principal adviser at Bundey and Associates, one of Australia's first fee-based financial planning practices. Sally also held roles running Ernst & Whinney's financial planning arm, after having worked as a chartered accountant in the private client / tax area of Ernst & Whinney for many years. Sally was awarded Money Management's Financial Planner of the Year in 1989.

Sally continues to be heavily involved with professional associations including the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA).
