Desktop Broker, powered by Bell Direct, will soon launch an open architecture managed accounts solution which gives financial advisers the ability to better customise individual client outcomes, improve investment efficiency and lower costs.
The Bell Potter Guided Portfolio Service will include a range of six managed portfolios, covering the full breadth of asset allocation and include direct equities and ETFs.
Bell Direct chief executive officer, Arnie Selvarajah says the solution allows advisers to focus on the strategic advice component of their client relationships and to use a professional to help with asset allocation and investment management of client portfolios.
In the accompanying article, Selvarajah talks to the emergence of managed accounts and how they're providing advisers with more flexibility and efficiency at a lower cost.
